What to know about the Retreat

Living as Resident Aliens - 1 Peter 1:1-2:10

Our annual retreat this year will help us reflect on who we are as a church living in God's mission. We are in this world, but it is not our eternal home. What are we as the church supposed to do while we are here awaiting the return of Christ?

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, public transport is available from Bonn HBF to Meckenheim Station, from there you can arrange for someone to pick you up in their car to take you to the retreat center.

  • Deadline to pay is September 26th.

  • Yes, for the sessions there will be child care provided.

  • The retreat provides the time and space for building deeper relationship with God and each other. We use the retreat to get away from the busy demand of normal every day life and connect with God and our fellow church members by praise and worship, reflection time, community building activities and resting.

  • Yes, there is a field for sport activities.

  • This is for bed sheets for your bed. Towels and bath linens still need to brought. You can bring your own bed linens if you don’t want to pay this.
